When
I look in the mirror
I
see my Dad’s eyes as blue as the
Mediterranean sea
I
see my Grandad’s
thick dark hair like a Russian black bear
I smell my Gran’s
homemade chips
I
smell my Gran’s freshly baked apple tart
I hear myDad’s
loud deep voice
I
feel myDad’s hand
as hard as a rhino’s skin.

When
I look in the mirror I see my daddy’s eyes as brown as barrels,
And
my mum’s rosy red lips as red as blood,
And
my brother’s tanned face as tanned as sand,
And
my grandad’s
face as big as Stanford Bridge.
When
I feel the mirror I feel my cousin, Josh’s soft hair as soft as white silk.
When
I hear the mirror I hear the sweet sound of my viola.

When I look in the mirror I
see…
My mum’s short, dark brown
hair and I see her shiny blue eyes like the waters of a sea.
When I look in the mirror I
hear…
My dad’s voice talking in a deep, loud tone.
When I look in the mirror I
feel…
My sister’s hands as smooth
as the smoothest wood.
When I look in the mirror I
smell…
My mum and auntie’s
delicious food that tastes like a sweet Italian dish.
When I look in the mirror I
see…
My grandad’s face as round
as a sphere.
When I look in the mirror I
feel…
My granny’s wrinkly hands
like the scales of a snake.
When I look in the mirror I
feel…
My uncle’s moustache as
hairy as a grizzly bear.

When I look in the
mirror I see…
My brother’s ears as average as can be.
My brother’s eyes as hazel as
can be
My brother’s mouth as big as mine
My brother’s nose as peach as a
peach in a fruit bowl.
When I look in the mirror I see…
My dad’s hair as brown as mud
My dad’s chin as thin as a pencil
My dad’s cigarettes as smelly as tobacco
My dad’s face as round as a football.
When I look in the mirror I see…
My granny’s thin body as thin as a pencil.
My granny’s nice ginger hair
My granny’s face as oval as an egg
My granny’s garden as square as a box.
When I look in the mirror I see …
My granda’s pipe as smelly as smoke.
My granda’s shed as big as an elephant.
My granda’s golf clubs as fine as perfect copper pipes
My granda’s matches as dangerous as a bomb.

When I look in the mirror I see,
My sisters long, straight, red
hair.
I see my mum’s round face shaped like
an orange.
I see my granny’s chin quite pointed
in shape.
I see my mum’s round eyes as round as
smooth rocks.
I hear my sister’s voice singing in my
ears.
I see my mum’s pink
lips like pale pink
roses.
I hear my mum’s calm voice like a
river flowing slowly.
I hear my sister’s cry like rain
trickling down a window pane.
I smell the smell of shampoo in my
granny’s hair like the smell of peppermint candy
canes.
I touch my mum’s moisturized hands
like whipped cream spread on your hand.
I taste my mum’s mince pies that put
the scent of winter into your mouth.
I taste my nana’s jelly like raspberry
drinks.
I see my sister’s long thin legs like
a thin stick from a tree.
I see my sister’s freckles like little
pale orange dots.
I see my nana’s cheeks, rosy red
when you are happy.
I hear my sister’s moan like two birds
tweeting a story.
I see my sister’s ears like two oval
Easter eggs.
I see all these things when I look in
the mirror.

When I look in the mirror I see my granny’s long, brown,
hair and I see my mums round, brown
eyes as dark as mud.
I smell my
granny’s cooking on the warm, orange
fire and I smell my
mum’s perfume as strong as a bright red
rose.
I hear my
mum’s voice as soft as a humming bird.
I touch my mum’s hands softer than a teddy bear and my dad’s
chin rounder than an orange.
When I touch the mirror I feel my granny’s long curly hair
and my mum’s smooth
skin.
I feel my grannies rough, wrinkly skin that feels like a
tortoise .
I see all
these reflections when I look in the mirror because they look like me.

When I look in the
mirror I see my mum’s deep ,French, eyes which are as blue
as the French sky,
My dad’s fair hair which is as blonde
as a buttercup, growing nearby,
My grandma’s small, round, chin which is like a circle
shaped cornfield.
I hear my mum’s peaceful charming voice which reminds me of
an undisturbed humming bird,
I smell my aunt’s perfume , as she goes out on a date,
I feel my great aunt’s soft hands, nearly like a kitten,
I taste my mum’s homemade orange
juice, witch makes my mouth water,

When I
look in the mirror I see my granny’s fat hands.
I see my dad’s whole face.
His eyes are blue and his nose is thin.
I smell my auntie’s sweet smelling strawberry
candles all over her house.
I hear my dad playing my viola.
He makes an awful sound.
I can hear my mum's sweet, soft voice calling me.
My mouth is like my uncles when he talks.

When I
look in the mirror I see
My dad’s
round and oval face.
I smell
his aftershave that
smells
like a stink bomb.
I hear my
brother’s cry that’s as
loud as a
horn.
I touch my
brothers hand
that’s
as smooth as a rock.
I taste my
mums spaghetti that
Tastes
like a rotten banana.

When I look in the mirror I see my 2nd cousin’s
face
As round as a ball.
I also see my little 2nd cousin curly blond
hair and my friend
Haley’s darkish blond
hair.
I hear my sister’s loud voice singing pop songs and singing
the house down.
I am very small boned like my 2nd cousin Liam.
My mum’s perfume smells like a beautiful rose.
My dad is so strong he could lift 5 bits of iron at one time.
My uncle has a hearing aide because he is deaf in the ear that
its in but he still has the most pretty eyes.
I get my deep dimples from my great granny.
I get the bluish
greenish colour of my
eyes from my great granddads and my granddads.

When I look in the mirror I see my uncle’s square face as red
as roses.
I see my dad’s eyes as still as a river.
I see my uncle’s hands as hard as stone.
I can hear my dad’s feet charging like an elephant.
I see my uncle’s nose as pointy as a stick.
I hear my great granny’s voice as soft as the air rustling
in the trees.
I see my granny’s face as wrinkled as a raisin.
I smell my grandad’s sense of the beach.
I hear my brother’s voice like the whistle of a bird.
I see my aunt’s ears as curved as an oval.
I hear my granny’s American voice, its like a roar of a lion
or maybe even a tiger.

When I look in the mirror I see my mum’s eyes as hazel
as grass and mud.
And my dad’s hair as short and blonde
as a wheat field just harvested.
And I can hear my brother’s voice chattering.
And I can smell my dad’s cigarette burning like a bonfire.
Also when I touch the mirror I feel the smooth glass like a
piece of varnished wood.
I can still smell my gran’s perfume that smells like a
garden of flowers.
And I can hear my grandad’s voice like the roar of the
Playstation 2.

When I look in the mirror I see,
My mum’s longish blondish,
dark brown hair,
Her eyes are the same kind of lovely
chocolate brown
staring back at me,
I see her wearing a lovely long brown
coat,
Her nose is a really nice shape.
Everybody says that I am the spitting
image of my mum when she was a child,
And I smell my mum’s fresh cooking, which is like
fresh baked wheaten bread,
I see my great great, great, great
granny that I was named after,
I have the same lovely long brown
flowing hair as my cousin Emma,
When I feel the smooth mirror I think of
my Granny’s old wrinkly hands,
I smell my dad’s lovely aftershave
that is like sweet smelling roses,
I hear my mum’s voice as soft as an
undisturbed humming bird,
Sometimes I hear my dad’s voice like a
big base drum.

When I look in the mirror I see my
sister’s rosy red lips
and the shape of her face which looks like an orange
only it’s peach.
I look like my Dad with his low chin and
his deep dimples which looks like peachy beige holes
I see my brother’s pinkish
pale nose as smooth as bit of silk.
My Mum’s perfume smells sweet and
fresh like sweetie flowers
Which reminds you of a sugary doughnut.
My Dad’s broad shoulders sound like a
blade of grass swishing to and fro.
My brother Joshua’s funny plastic skin
as healthy as a horse.
Thick and stretchy whitey
pink very easy to wash in the sink.
My sister Emily’s will of iron
determined to do what she wants.
And her soft cushiony hair.
My Granny’s mysterious hazel
eyes which makes you feel at home.
